Personalized Career Coaching
Partner with a seasoned, professional career coach throughout your time in the program to help you refine your professional development plan, clarify your career goals, and assess your strategies and tactics for reaching that next step.
Executive Mentoring
The Executive to Executive (E2E) mentor program pairs current HCEMBA students with Merage School executive alumni and successful leaders in our business community. Our mission is to develop and sustain collaborative relationships that offer real world experiences, information, encouragement, advice and access to networks that offer personal and professional growth. The program is conducted over a 12-month cycle of engagement, with a 1-3 hour a month commitment. Quarterly breakfast meetings with speakers/presentations are scheduled for additional mentor/mentee networking.
The Merage School Career Center receives job postings at all experience levels including upper management and executive-level positions that are available to you while in the program and throughout your career. We also encourage you, as a potential employer, to post open positions on the Merage School Job Board. The Career Center also maintains an online research library that contains corporate contacts databases, career research sites, job boards, video-taped career presentations and more.
Additionally, all Merage School students and alumni have access to the online Alumni Directory. Our Alumni Network of over 10,000 alumni is a powerful resource for networking and connecting with alums locally or worldwide. The database can be searched by region, industry, job function or company.
