Whether you enter the program with clear career objectives or are still exploring your options, we are here to support you. We work closely with each student to identify and design their career journey, inclusive of exploration, job search preparation and leadership coaching around upward mobility within their current company. We do this with a mix of opt-in workshops, events, and on-demand content to meet your learning and designing needs. We will support you every step of the way in reaching your career goals.
Consultations and Workshops
In one-on-one coaching and opt-in workshops, we will discuss your career goals and provide a comprehensive overview of our Career Services. We will leverage assessments where appropriate and help you gain insight on your growth opportunities, which best align with your strengths and skills, helping you take the next step toward your professional aspirations.
Designing the Right Pathway
Working in partnership with your coach, we wll help you design the right pathway based on your desire for upward mobility via job search, starting your own business, or preparing for internal promotion. Our Career Services team offers personalized guidance and expert tips to help you craft standout within application materials, internal presentation or pitching for start-up financing.
Career and Skill Development
In conjunction with our expert coaching staff, you will have access to our employer relations team and our career management system where we post events, job opportunities and other experiential opportunities for you to cultivate your business experience and connections. We host a variety of Career and Skill Development Workshops such as:
