One highlight was a consulting project for a fast-casual restaurant brand, where we helped develop an international expansion strategy. Presenting our work to a company executive was surreal. MBA Immersions
Digital Transformation
Prepares students to lead in the evolving digital economy. As technologies rapidly advance, businesses must reinvent strategies, structures, and practices to stay competitive. This program provides the tools to analyze technology-driven change and apply digital solutions across industries, from startups to established enterprises. Students complete four or more courses and participate in the Center for Digital Transformation’s annual Signature conference to earn the MBA specialization.

Guides students through today’s complex healthcare industry. Offered in partnership with the Merage School’s Center for Health Care Management and Policy, the program provides insight into healthcare economics, policies, and regulations while promoting collaboration through education, research, and community engagement. Students complete key electives and participate in the Center’s annual Health Care Forecast Conference to earn the MBA specialization.

Offered through the Beall Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, the specialization develops students’ skills to launch or grow a business in today’s competitive market. Whether pursuing a path as an entrepreneur or innovating within an existing company, students gain both academic and practical training. To earn the MBA specialization, students complete key electives and participate in the Merage School New Venture Competition.

The Center for Real Estate specialization develops students’ skills and insights to succeed in a dynamic market. Emphasizing emerging best practices, market cycles, and current trends, the program provides a comprehensive approach to real estate education. Students earn the MBA specialization by completing three real estate-focused elective courses and attend two Advisory Board meetings.

Global Opportunities
In an interconnected world, business leaders need a global perspective. As a Full-Time MBA student, you may participate in a week-long International Residential. Directed by our faculty, these unique programs immerse students in local business and culture. Recent host cities include Amsterdam, Ho Chi Minh City, and Dubai.
The Full-Time MBA program takes two years to complete. Students must complete at least 92 units of coursework, including 36 units of core courses and 56 units of electives.
