Brandon has worked in public accounting for over 13 years and is a partner in Grant Thornton’s Audit Practice.  He has performed audit services including integrated audits (financial statements and internal control audits) of SEC companies, quarterly reviews, HUD compliance reviews, FDICIA audits, audits of private companies, mergers and acquisition, USAP attestations and Regulation AB examinations.  His experience in the financial services industry includes serving credit unions, mortgage banks, mortgage REITs, commercial banks, financial services related not for profits, funds, asset managers, fintech, broker-dealers and loan servicers.   This includes experience with fair value accounting, credit loss models, loan securitizations, whole loan sales, residual assets, mortgage compliance, mortgage servicing rights, hedging activities and use of derivative instruments.

Brandon has shown his ability to supervise both large and small engagement teams in an efficient and effective manner all while providing distinctive service to all of his clients.
