Cole Oman is a strategy advisor who partners with executive leadership teams to help them “future proof” their organizations and effectively manage across time horizons. Cole advises on nascent technologies and discontinuous forces of change, innovation and portfolio management, and long-term strategy formulation to help companies avoid disruption and achieve ongoing success.
Cole previously served in the Monitor Deloitte Strategy practice of Deloitte Consulting, focusing on scenario planning, competitive response, as well as business unit and customer strategy.
Before Deloitte Consulting, Cole served as an investment banker focused on M&A, leveraged buyouts, and capital markets transactions. He also worked as a microfinance consultant abroad in Southern Africa for an international non-profit assisting local entrepreneurs with access to finance.
Cole earned a Master of Business Administration from the Yale School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics and Accounting from the University of California Los Angeles.
