Glen E. Schrank most recently was President and CEO of HireRight, a Software as a Service (SaaS) company. Prior to this role, he was the Vice President of Sales Worldwide.

Prior to HireRight, Mr. Schrank spent more than 20 years in leadership roles in a variety of technology-based businesses, including 15 years at IBM where he served as a Business Unit Executive with P & L responsibility. He also served as Business Development Director for SPSS, Inc., a provider of predictive analytics software and solutions, and was Vice President of Sales at i2 Technologies, Inc., a company providing supply chain management software and services.

Mr. Schrank holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and an MBA from the University of Southern California (USC).
