Kari Moore is the Chief Accounting Officer at Applied Medical.

Kari’s experience spans over twenty years of public accounting working with large domestic and multi-national manufacturing and distribution companies. During her twenty-year career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, she focused primarily on serving public companies, and as a result she has extensive expertise in addressing and resolving SEC related issues. She has assisted companies with a number of proposed and completed business acquisitions, initial public offerings, debt offerings, the adoption of new accounting standards and addressed various other accounting and reporting issues surrounding other transactions. More recently, Kari served as one of PriceWaterhouseCooper’s Sarbanes-Oxley experts where she advised companies on compliance matters, conducted internal training sessions, and delivered a number of presentations on this topic. Kari’s gained her business knowledge and industry insight from working in a variety of industries from manufacturing, distribution, services to technology and biotechnology. She has served such companies as Ingram Micro, RemedyTemp, Inc., Meade Instruments, Toyota Motor Sales, Watson Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Mattel, Resources Connection, Inc., Yamaha Motor Corporation, National R.V. Holdings, and Hines Horticulture, Inc.
