Matt Weiss has over a decade of product and marketing analytics experience at global brands such as Taco Bell, Blizzard Entertainment, In-N-Out Burger, and most recently, Meta Platforms (formerly Facebook). Beyond his expertise in analytics and leadership, Matt also has been a powerful advocate for education, with nearly 8 years of post-graduate engagement at UC Irvine’s Paul Merage School of Business and over 3 years of teaching experience at Concordia University Irvine.

Matt has established and scaled analytics teams with emphasis on promoting data driven executive decision making and new-to-mid career mentorship. He has crafted analyses that led to newfound understanding of diverse user bases and their engagement across brands and technologies. He also helped develop marketing campaigns to drive continued impact on a variety of products, from tacos to games to virtual reality. Ultimately, the common themes of Matt’s professional career have been championing intellectual curiosity and personal growth – a skill that he believes will help elevate and lead tomorrow’s students.
