Nate Franke is a partner with the international accounting firm Deloitte & Touche LLP. Mr. Franke has been teaching financial accounting courses at the Paul Merage School of Business at UC Irvine since 1988. He earned his BA in Economics at UC Santa Barbara in 1983. Mr. Franke is also an alumni of the Paul Merage School of Business at UC Irvine (1985). Mr. Franke has extensive experience working with both public and private companies in financial reporting, merger/acquisition and capital formation arenas.
