Sean Klein Ph.D., is a Lecturer at The Paul Merage School of Business at UC Irvine and a Lecturer in Economics at UCLA. Sean is the Director of Stress Testing at MUFG Union Bank where he is responsible for developing macroeconomic credit risk models for regulatory and institutional use. Prior to that, he was a quantitative analyst at PIMCO where he was responsible for bank risk modeling, regulatory analytics, and retirement product design.
He received his Ph.D. in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his Bachelors and Masters degrees from UCLA.
