PhD in Human Resource Management, Michigan State UniversityShaun Pichler is an associate professor of management at the Mihaylo College of Business & Economics. He teaches courses in human resource management and organizational behavior and has won numerous awards for his teaching and research. He received his PhD in human resource management from Michigan State University, and his research focuses on fairness and support in organizations. His work has been published in journals such as Human Resource Management, Journal of Vocational Behavior, and Personnel Psychology, among others, and has been cited by the U.S. Congress as well as a number of practitioner and other outlets.
