Professor Steven Sommer earned his BA in Political Science at the University of California, Berkeley, his MBA in Human Resources and Marketing at San Diego State University and his PhD in Organizational Behavior at UC Irvine. He is currently a professor in the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University. He previously held positions at the Gary A. Anderson Graduate School of Management at UC Riverside and the University of Nebraska where he received the College of Business Distinguished Teaching Award.
