Carmil Keren is a second year PhD student in the Department of Human Services at the University of Haifa. Her qualitative doctoral research explores identity transitions of employees and managers, in response to personal trauma experienced by a team member in the workplace. 
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy and a Masters in Organizational Behavior from Tel Aviv University in Israel.
 
Carmil is an experienced Organizational Development Specialist with over 10 years of working in various industries in leading Israeli firms (telecommunications, food manufacturing, etc.). She professionalizes in organizational and team diagnosis, need- assessment and intervention design, as well as personal coaching, group facilitation and organizational development processes.
