Dr. Charu Sinha has taught courses in business analytics, business statistics, operations management, and quantitative management methods at both the MBA and undergraduate level for 16 years. During her academic career she has been a faculty at Case Western Reserve University and Chapman University, published research articles on the optimization of various operations systems and has held administrative positions including Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Programs and Director of Continuous Improvement at Chapman University.

 

Dr. Sinha also worked at AT&T for 10 years at a time when the company was undergoing a major technology and visionary transformation. Her experience at the company spanned many job functions including systems engineering, operations planning, and business planning. She worked as project lead on a series of pioneering initiatives in all three major arms of the company’s business (Voice, Data and VoIP) including the (then) breakthrough commercial voice-over-broadband service.
