Fernando Araujo has an academic background in Production Engineering, from undergraduate to postdoctoral studies. He also has additional training in Negotiation and Project Management. He is an Associate Professor in the Department of Production Engineering at the Fluminense Federal University (UFF, Rio de Janeiro/ Brazil). He is passionate about developing interdisciplinary projects, studies, and research that integrate production engineering with social sciences and strategic management. His main interests include entrepreneurship, negotiation, project management, corporate social responsibility, and sustainability.
