Marc Fawaz is a senior executive with more than 30 years of experience in Entrepreneurial Management, Global Consulting, and Corporate & Business unit Strategy. He also specializes in managing Organizational Structure, Process Improvement and Global Leadership & Change. Marc is an Entrepreneur with substantial knowledge in the Fashion Industry, and extensive experience in Product Development.
Marc earned his Executive MBA from UCI where he was awarded the “Most Innovative Thinker” for his class of 2005. He then went on to earn his first Doctorate in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis on Talent Acquisition Management. Marc’s passion for Social and Environmental Responsibilities, lead to his recent attainment of a Ph.D. in Global Leadership and Change with research focus on Corporate Social Responsibilities.
As a Professor of Business, Marc spent the last decade teaching executive MBAs programs at world renowned institutions such as UCI, Chapman, and Pepperdine University. He was recently recognized as the Most Inclusive Professor and Best Teaching Style by his students. Marc serves as a Board Advisor and Consultant for several Corporations, both locally and abroad. His areas of teaching include Corporate Social Responsibilities, Strategic Marketing, Technology Management, Operations, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Global Leadership, Negotiation, and Business Ethics.
Serving the local community is a top priority for Marc. His relentless devotion to apply his passions and ideas to impact as many lives as he can, is demonstrated in the numerous entrepreneurial projects he constantly involves students with. For over two decades now, Marc continues serving as a Mentor and Coach for the UCI New Venture Competition at The Beall Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Marc is also active in community outreach programs that address Social Challenges such as Poverty and Homelessness. Marc is also a Career and Life Coach.
