Ms. Lisa Levitt is a digital health expert and consultant. Her career has evolved over twenty years at the intersection of healthcare, innovation and technology. She leverages emerging technologies to expand access to care and create a better customer experience for patients, their families and providers.
Nationally, Lisa has worked with leading technology vendors, health plan insurers, hospitals, and medical groups in various markets across the United States. The diverse patients and customers for these offerings have included multicultural communities along the economic spectrum, from the wealthy employed to homeless people.
Lisa is founder and principal of Panorama Health LLC, a consulting firm specializing in digital health. Services include planning, sales, business development, product management, marketing and messaging. Client engagements use the framework of people, process and technology.
As telehealth leader at Blue Shield of California and Molina Healthcare, she managed vendors and programs for both specialty care and general urgent care. Following her passion for population health into the managed care arena, she worked for Kaiser Permanente. At several Blues plans she led new initiatives that expanded digital innovation in previously analog environments.
Serving across commercial and government sectors, Lisa has experience with both Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Consumer (B2C) offerings for software, hardware and mobile products. Starting at the dawn of the internet world, Lisa gained valuable perspective as a strategist at Viant, a leading digital consulting agency. She brought technology savvy to the health care world to develop the first internet strategy for Massachusetts General Hospital, a Harvard University teaching hospital.
Lisa is committed to ongoing learning and innovation. Her health care work is informed by the dual degree graduate program which she completed at the University of Michigan, with an MBA and Masters Health Services Administration from the School of Public Health. She received her Bachelor in Arts degree from Cornell University as an English major. In 2018, she earned certification from the Product School in Software Product Management and agile methodologies for technology development. She actively pursues professional development opportunities, including those centered on adult learning and promoting learning organizations.
