Ashley Ramirez is the Associate Director of Recruitment and Admissions for the Master of Innovation & Entrepreneurship (MIE) program. She joined the Specialty Masters team in October of 2017.

Born and raised in southern California, Ashley began her career at the MIT Sloan School of Management in the MBA Student Affairs and MBA Admissions offices. Ashley returned to California to join the USC Marshall School of Business MBA Admissions team. While at USC, she recruited and evaluated applicants for the Full-Time, Part-Time, and Executive MBA programs, and was responsible for diversity partnerships with the Forté Foundation (women) and Management Leadership for Tomorrow (URMs). In 2014, she joined the Full-Time MBA Recruitment and Admissions team at the Paul Merage School of Business, where she was primarily responsible for the recruitment and admissions for the MS in Engineering Management (MSEM) and MS in Biotechnology Management (MSBTM) programs.

Ashley is a proud University of California, Irvine alumna with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, Law, and Society, and has a Master of Arts degree in Education from Pepperdine University.
