Chris Kovitz joined the UCI Paul Merage School of Business in January 2010 as an Associate Director and FTMBA Advisor. In June 2013, he was promoted to Senior Associate Director.  In 2015 he transitioned to Employer Relations and now supports all programs, including BA, MBA and SMP. Prior to coming to the Merage School, Chris was the Associate Director of Experiential Learning with the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona. Before pursuing his passion for training and coaching, Chris worked more than 15 years for Fortune 500 companies, including Abbott Laboratories, Eaton Corporation and Deloitte Consulting and held several leadership and managerial positions within Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance and Project Management. He also brings a wealth of international experience, having led supply chain projects in Europe, Africa and Asia. Chris earned a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan, and an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
