Lisa Shulman is the Manager of Strategic Initiatives for the MBA and Specialty Masters Programs at the University of California, Irvine’s Paul Merage School of Business. She manages all aspects of building graduate school pipelines, community initiatives, and business development with the focus of supporting our increasingly globally diverse graduate student population. She also works in creating partnerships with the Merage School and UCI community to ensure we have spaces for our diverse graduate student population.
Lisa first joined Merage in 2021 as the Associate Director of Recruitment and Admissions for the MSBA program. She is a founding member of the Merage School Latinx Initiative (LXi), and active program supporter of the UC Summer Institute of Emerging Managers and Leaders (SIEML). Prior to joining the Merage School, Lisa worked for universities in the United Kingdom, Israel and Italy. In these roles, she planned, directed, and managed recruitment efforts while assisting to develop marketing and advertising campaigns. Lisa is also excited to return to the UC system after previously working as an International Programs Assistant through the UC Office of Education Abroad Programs (EAP).
