Maria Delgado joins us from our sister campus at UCLA where she had been in supervisory accounts payable (A/P) roles for the past 4+ years.  She was most recently the Financial Services Supervisor for UCLA’s central Business & Finance Solutions dept, where she led a team of 16 staff in support of A/P activities for the campus.  Previously, she was the A/P Banking & Tax Team Supervisor, and the Lead Auditor for Travel Accounting.  Prior to her time at UCLA, Maria worked as a Grievance Dept Coordinator and Administrative Assistant at Unite Here, a labor union representing workers in a variety of industries.

Her key accomplishments included serving as the A/P lead for the campus-wide implementations of both the Concur and Sales Force reimbursement systems.  Maria graduated from UCLA with a BA in Political Science, and double minors in Labor and Workplace Studies, and Hispanic-American, Puerto Rican, and Mexican-American/Chicano Studies.
