Mollee Elniski was named managing director of the Leadership Development Institute in December 2022. She has been a valued member of the team at The Paul Merage School of Business since joining the Office of Executive Education as an Associate Director in 2018. She served as the Director from 2020 until her current appointment. 

Elniski arrived at the Merage School following a decades-long career in management and sales at the medical device companies Medtronic and AtriCure. She earned her undergraduate degree from State University New York Geneseo and her Executive MBA from University of Buffalo.
