Future Leaders Initiative (FLI)
The Future Leaders Initiative (FLI) reaches underserved local communities, offering high school and community college students tailored business education. FLI includes a 6-week interactive workshop with professional training, mentorship, and site visits, significantly impacting participants: a 79% increase in demand, with 53% female participants and substantial representation from API, Black, and Latinx communities. LIFEvest Financial Literacy
A transformative summer program dedicated to empowering underserved, local first-generation 8th and 9th graders with essential life and financial skills. Through interactive workshops, mentorship, and hands-on activities, participants gain a strong foundation in financial literacy, leadership, and career planning.
